Construction Begins Monday August 12

The City hosted two open houses on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, to share project staging, traffic impacts and detours, construction timeline, and activities on the 15^th Street roundabout and sidewalk extension.

15^th Street Roundabout and Sidewalk Extension work begins Monday, August 12!

The work will take place in three stages between August 12^th and late October of 2019.

STAGE 1

Early August to Late September

15th Street will be closed to southbound traffic at Ferguson Road with local access to Chloe Lane.

• Utility and Roundabout construction West of existing 15th Street
• West 15th Street sidewalk from Chloe Lane to Ferguson Road

STAGE 2

Late September to Late October

15th Street will be closed to southbound traffic at Ferguson Road with local access to Chloe Lane. Ingress/egress at Golden Gate Place will be closed.

• Utility and Roundabout construction on existing 15th Street
• Complete Golden Gate connection
• Chloe Lane and Ferguson Road intersection improvements

STAGE 3

Early October to Late October

Three-week-maximum full closure at Sherwood Forest Drive.

• Path improvements from Ferguson Road north to the existing sidewalk
