Increase in Development Fees Effective July 2

Effective July 2, all Community Development fees will increase by 2.5%.  This fee increase will provide revenue to pay credit card merchant fees and allow the department to accept credit cards for permit payments.  Systems Development Charges (SDC’s) will be increasing as well, please review the new fee schedule on the Finance page once it is posted for details.

Fees are charged based on application date, not the date of completion.
