McKay Park Temporary Parking Restriction Program

The Old Bend Neighborhood Parking Benefit District (OBNPBD) is a proposed pilot program starting October 2020 and ending December 31, 2021. The district will be continued as a permanent parking district if an evaluation of the pilot period shows success.

The goals for the OBNPBD pilot program are to prioritize parking for residents of the OBNPBD and implement parking management strategies to manage out of district parkers.
