New Modification of Approval Code Proposed

The City of Bend is proposing a legislative amendment to the Development Code to modify the criteria for a Modification of Approval. The amendment includes allowing property owners within previously approved master plans and Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) to develop their property consistent with the standards and criteria of the Development Code as an alternative to complying with the previously approved master plan or PUD, after 20 years has elapsed since the initial master plan or PUD approval.
