North Interceptor Sewer Project March Update & Postcard Mailer – February 28, 2019

The City of Bend has identified the alignment for Phase 1 of the North Interceptor Sewer Line Project and is working to obtain required easements.  

The alignment runs from Pioneer Loop to the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). The city will hold an open house before construction where city staff and consultants will be available to describe the elements of the project, including what may be expected during construction and how access to the area might be impacted. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2019.

Project status:

• Survey and geotechnical work are completed
• Project team is working with property owners to obtain required easements
