North Interceptor Sewer Project Update – April 9,2019

Project status:

  • The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction of the project is anticipated to be presented to City Council on June 5, 2019.  The GMP contract will establish a price “not to be exceeded”  for the construction of the North Interceptor Sewer Line scope of work.
  • An open house will be held before construction begins on the project (tentatively planned for early June 2019). The community will be notified of the open house via mailers and email.
  • Construction of the North Interceptor Sewer Line is expected to begin in late June or early July and last approximately 12 months. Details specific to the construction of the project will be provided at the open house and communicated throughout the duration of the project.
