Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Bend and the Bend Urban Renewal Agency, Deschutes County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the biennial budget period July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2015 will be held at City Council Chambers, City Hall, 710 NW Wall Street, Bend.

The meeting will take place on the 1st day of May, 2013 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the Budget Message and to distribute the Proposed Budget document. Public comment on the budget document will be reserved for the budget meetings scheduled for May 7th through the 9th. However, a Public Hearing will be held at this May 1st meeting to hear and receive Proposed Uses of State Shared Revenue funds.

The Proposed Budget will be distributed at 6:00 pm on May 1, 2013 and a copy of the document may be inspected after that time and date at the City Administration Office in City Hall, 710 NW Wall Street, Bend, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Listed below are the times and place of additional scheduled Budget Committee meetings. These are public meetings at which any person may appear and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
