Now Offering More Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill

The City of Bend Utility Department now offers new ways to pay your utility bill!

Using our online payment portal, Invoice Cloud, customers can use their existing Google Pay, PayPal, or PayPal Credit account to pay toward their City of Bend utility account. Using a mobile device, customers can pay their utility bill using their existing Venmo account, and if using an Apple device, customers can pay their utility bill use an existing Apple Pay account. These options are available online only; customer service staff are unable to take these forms of payment by phone.

Additionally, whether by phone, online, or in person, utility customers can now pay using debit cards, credit cards, or gift cards that display the American Express logo.

These new options give City of Bend utility customers many more choices in how they pay their utility bills.
