PZ-18-0825 Plexes – Amendments include but are not limited to the following: smaller lots sizes for duplexes and triplexes with .60 FAR in the RS with the exception that new subdivisions will not be subject to FAR for lots not adjacent to existing RS properties; removes architectural design standards; garage door width and front door orientation standards for duplexes and triplexes in all residential designated areas with the exception that new subdivisions will not be subject to front door and garage standards for lots not adjacent to existing residential designated properties; alley loaded townhome development no longer requires land use application. Effective 1/18/19.
