Reed Market Road scheduled to open Saturday

The first two stages of the Reed Market Road project will be substantially complete and open to traffic by Saturday, November 16, weather permitting. Construction this season included the completion of Reed Market Road from Newberry Drive to Orion Avenue. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

Construction will resume early in 2014 for the third stage of the project. Reed Market Road will be closed from Orion Avenue to 27th Street. The temporary, signed detour route for Reed Market Road through traffic will be re-established utilizing SE 15th Street, NE Bear Creek Road, SE 27th Street and SE Ferguson Road.

The work is being performed by local contractor Jack Robinson & Sons.
