Safety at Unpermitted Homeless Camps

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) may take actions when “there are impactful and persistent issues related to public safety and public health,” such as removing trash and debris from the ODOT-owned or managed property that is within Bend city limits. Additionally, ODOT may post no trespassing notices and require people located on the property, and in violation of posted notices, to leave the property.
