Significant Progress Made to Resolve Billing Delays

Significant progress has been made to resolve the cause of the billing delays. Focus has shifted to realignment with the standard billing schedule – this is an extensive process, and continued patience is appreciated as we work towards this milestone. Bills are currently delayed in reaching customers by several weeks and could be received after the due date. No late or delinquent fees are being assessed at this time and water shut-offs due to non-payment are currently suspended. We ask that bills be paid within 30 days of their receipt.

Additionally, our utility staff continues to be available via phone or email to answer questions. Our lobby at 639 NW Franklin Avenue is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, excluding holidays.
