Weekly Road Construction Reports

• West Bound Leg of Colorado Bridge will be closed from 7:30 p.m. until midnight. A crane will be setting a culvert for the Park District’s Safe Passage project. Night of Monday, July 20.

• Newport Avenue and 14th Street roundabout, closed from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., the night of July 19 and reopening the morning of July 20. All legs of the roundabouts will be closed for asphalt resurfacing. Signs will provide warnings and direct detours for travelers. Portland Avenue will be the main detour route.
• Newport Avenue and 9th Street roundabout, closed from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., the night of July 20 and reopening early morning of July 21. All legs of the roundabouts will be closed for asphalt resurfacing. Signs will provide warnings and direct detours for travelers. Portland Avenue will be the main detour route.
Ongoing closures:
• NW Milwaukee Avenue, between NW 12th and NW 13th. Road closure for utility work. Detour. July 13 – July 31.

• Reed Market Road from Third Street to 15th Street. Part of a corridor redesign and reconstruction project from Third to 27th Street. Detours are marked. Completion by Fall 2015. www.bendoregon.gov/gobond for information. (City of Bend CIP)

• Brookswood Boulevard between Pinebrook Boulevard and Lodgepole Drive. Construction of a roundabout that will connect to the new Murphy Road extension. Marked detour. Completion expected September 4. www.bendoregon.gov/murphy for information. (ODOT)
