Our parking services division, housed within the City of Bend’s Transportation and Mobility Department, is dedicated to ensuring smooth parking operations for both residents and visitors. We collaborate with local stakeholders and partners to achieve this goal.
Parking Advisory Committees
The Parking Advisory Committees, comprising representatives from City of Bend staff, residents, and business leaders, play a crucial role in providing guidance on parking improvements and related recommendations.
Active Committees:
- Downtown Parking Advisory Committee
- Old Bend Parking Advisory Committee
Managed Parking Districts
- Old Bend Parking District: Created to address the gap between parking availability and demand, enhance neighborhood livability and safety, and effectively manage parking. The Parking Benefit District is overseen by a committee of residents within its boundaries.
- McKay Parking District: Established to manage parking around McKay Park and The Pavilion, ensuring fair access to recreational services along the Deschutes River for both residents and visitors in the area.
- Downtown Parking District: The downtown parking district applies strategies that ensures equitable parking access in downtown Bend, managing parking inventory and demand to promote turnover and economic mobility.
Third Party Contractors
Diamond Parking
Diamond Parking serves as the managing entity for Bend’s parking system, playing a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service, efficient administration, and necessary parking upgrades. In addition to overseeing parking facilities and citation operations, Diamond Parking directs the Parking Compliance program.
Bend Patrol Services
Bend Patrol Services is our security contractor for the Centennial Garage and is responsible for ensuring a safe parking environment in the garage.
Consolidated Towing Inc.
Parking Services does not manage towed vehicles. If your vehicle has been towed, call Consolidated Towing Inc. at 541-389-8080.
