Assistance Programs
Having trouble paying your Water Services bill? The following programs are available to assist City of Bend Water Services customers with their Water Services bills.
City of Bend Low-Income Assistance Program
Low-income single-family residential customers may be eligible for monthly discounts on water, sewer and stormwater base fees as well as the transportation fee. Discounts are applied directly to your Water Services account. The program is administered through a local community action agency.
