Does your insurance meet the requirements of your lease?

All Tenants shall secure insurance at their own expense and is subject to Landlord’s acceptance. General Liability Airport Premises (this is premises coverage for your hangar not coverage if your plane does damage to your hangar) AND Aircraft Liability Insurance in an amount NOT less than $1,000,000 million (or $2,000,000 per your lease terms) per occurrence and in the aggregate. The policy should include coverage for personal injury, bodily injury, and property damage. The policy should include the City of Bend (Landlord) as additional insured.

ALL sub-tenant are required to also provide a COI with the same requirements.
