April Usage Bills are Being Generated
April usage bills are currently being generated and will arrive throughout May and into early June. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to resolve billing delays. These delays will be fully resolved by the end of May.
Bills will arrive in closer succession than the typical monthly timeframe. This is necessary to realign with regular business practices and billing schedule. Please remit payment for your April usage bill within 13 days of receipt to ensure your account stays up to date.
Beginning in May, utility bill notices will be sent to customers with past due balances. It is important to review these notices and resolve past due balances to avoid water service shutoffs and collection efforts.
Beginning July 1, 2022, collection actions and water service shut offs will resume.
If assistance is needed to resolve unpaid balances, the City of Bend offers support to customers who may be experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 Payment Plans are available to allow customers to make payments on unpaid balances over a 24-month term. Visit bendoregon.gov/utilityassistance to sign-up for a plan or email utilityassistance@bendoregon.gov for more information.
Financial assistance is also available through a partnership with NeighborImpact for qualifying low-income customers. Visit the NeighborImpact website or call 541-504-2155 to learn more and to apply.

Your patience is appreciated as you may experience longer wait times due to higher-than-normal call volumes.
