New Utility Rates Starting in July

On June 15, Bend City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Fee Schedule, which included updated rates for water, water reclamation (sewer), and stormwater services.

These updated rates were effective beginning July 1, 2022, and will be reflected on bills starting in July. More information about utility rates and fees can be found on our website at bendoregon.gov/utilityrates.

As of July 1, 2022, the City of Bend has resumed normal operations, including water service shut-offs and collection activities. Please take special care to review any balance forward or past-due amount on bills or delinquent notices.

Assistance is available to qualifying customers requiring support to pay current or past-due balances on utility accounts. Please visit bendoregon.gov/utilityassistance or email utilityassistance@bendoregon.gov for additional information.

A partnership has also been established with NeighborImpact to provide financial assistance to qualifying low-income customers. Customers are encouraged to visit the NeighborImpact website or call 541-504-2155 to receive additional information or to apply.

The City of Bend Utility Billing office can be reached Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 541-388-5515 or in person at 639 NW Franklin Avenue. Due to high call volumes, customers may experience longer than normal wait times. The office may also be contacted via email at utilitiesonline@bendoregon.gov, and a response may be expected within two business days. Please note that not all transactions may be conducted via email for security purposes.

Customers may review and make payments on utility accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the InvoiceCloud website.
