SW Sewer Basin Phase 2B Project Update – January 24, 2022

SAFETY FIRST 

Please be aware of construction activities and drive carefully through the work zone, including open-trench excavation. Open trenches are fenced off at the end of each day.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE  

Week of January 24-28 construction activities:

  • Crews will continue installing sewer pipe and maintenance holes along McMullin Drive and portions of Ridge Drive. This activity includes road closures and detours.
  • Crews will continue excavating for new stormwater dry wells, which will be installed in the right-of-way adjacent to 60944 McMullin Drive, 60945 Ridge Drive, 60964 McMullin Drive, and 19955 Mahogany Street.

DETOURS IN EFFECT 

  • A portion of McMullin Drive and Ridge Drive will be closed for excavation and sewer installation activities. Please reference the detour map below for additional information.
  • Flaggers will be present for the pre-hammering activities and pipe installation as needed.

  • Access to all businesses located at the end of Romaine Village Way will be maintained.
  • Emergency access will be maintained throughout construction.
