Utility Billing Update for June Bills

The City has resumed standard billing and payment schedules with bills for May usage. Please remit payment by the due date printed on the bill.

Throughout June, Utility Delinquent Notices will be sent to customers with past due balances that are subject to water service shut-off or collection efforts. Please pay careful attention to these notices and resolve any unpaid balances or missed payments. If you believe that you have missed a payment, please access your account online via InvoiceCloud or contact the Utility Billing office at 541-388-5515 during regular business hours.

Water service shut-offs and collection actions will begin on July 1, 2022.

If assistance is needed in addressing outstanding or delinquent balances, the City of Bend is offering a number of options to support customers who may have experienced financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. More information can be found on the Assistance Programs page of the City of Bend website.

Active customers may be eligible to enroll in a COVID-19 Recovery Payment Plan to distribute repayment of unpaid balances over a 24 month period. Terms and Conditions apply. Please visit bendoregon.gov/utilityassistance or email utilityassistance@bendoregon.gov for additional information.

The City has also partnered with NeighborImpact to provide financial assistance to qualifying low-income customers. Visit the NeighborImpact website or call 541-504-2155 for more information or to apply.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their bill, including any potential balance forward, as well as any notice received, and resolve any outstanding balances. If you believe that you have received a Utility Delinquent Notice in error, have an outstanding balance, or would like to review your account, please contact the Utility Billing office during regular business hours at 541-388-5515. The Utility Billing office is open to walk-in customers at 639 NW Franklin Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
