Bend Water Services Assistance Program

To better serve our community, the City of Bend has established a partnership with NeighborImpact, an organization with a strong track record of supporting individuals and strengthening communities in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties as well as the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. This collaboration will allow us to deliver utility assistance more efficiently to those in need.

The first program we are offering in collaboration with NeighborImpact is the Bend Water Services Assistance Program, which provides a discount on residential single-family dwellings that are income eligible for water, sewer and stormwater services. This discount program will provide a discount of 50% of the monthly water, sewer and stormwater base rates.
