January Usage Bills are Currently Being Generated

January usage bills are currently being generated. Bills will have a February date and will begin arriving soon. Depending on the billing cycle, they will continue to be delivered throughout March and into early April. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt.

We are sorry for the inconvenience these delays may have caused you. Please know the computer error has been rectified, and we are continuing to get caught up on our billing dates. We anticipate that our bills will be back on track by May.

At this time, no late or delinquent fees are being charged. Currently, no water service shut-offs are being conducted. While delays continue, we ask that customers disregard the printed due date and submit payment within 30 days of receipt.

If you believe that you may have an outstanding balance, missing payment, or would like to review your account, our Utility Billing staff are available to review your account from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
