SW Sewer Basin Phase 2B Project Update – April 18, 2022

SAFETY FIRST

Please be aware of construction activities and drive carefully through the work zone, including open-trench excavation. Open trenches are fenced off at the end of each day.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 

Week of April 18 construction activities:

  • Crews will continue excavating and installing the new sewer main along Mahogany Street. This construction includes full closures and detours (reference image below for detour).
  • Crews will continue removing the existing curb and asphalt along McMullin Drive. This construction includes partial closures and detours.

DETOURS IN EFFECT 

  • A portion of the streets mentioned above may be closed for grading and sewer construction activities. Please follow the necessary road closed and detour signs and reference the detour map below for additional information.
  • Flaggers will be present for the construction activities as needed.

  • Access to all businesses located at the end of Romaine Village Way will be maintained.
  • Emergency access will be maintained throughout construction.
