SW Sewer Basin Phase 2B Project Update – January 31, 2022
SAFETY FIRST
Please be aware of construction activities and drive carefully through the work zone, including open-trench excavation. Open trenches are fenced off at the end of each day.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Week of January 31 – February 4 Construction Activities
- Crews will continue installing sewer pipe and maintenance holes along sections of Ridge Drive and McMullin Drive. This activity includes road closures and detours.
- Crews will continue excavating and installing sewer service lines towards existing pump stations that will be decommissioned along Ridge Drive and Cinder Lane. This activity includes partial road closures and detours.
- Crews will continue excavating for new stormwater dry wells, which will be installed in the right-of-way adjacent to 60945 Ridge Drive.
DETOURS IN EFFECT
- A portion of Cinder Lane and/or Ridge Drive may be closed for excavation and sewer installation activities. Please reference the detour map below for additional information.
- Flaggers will be present for the construction activities as needed.

PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS
General Project Notes
- Access to all businesses located at the end of Romaine Village Way will be maintained.
- Emergency access will be maintained throughout construction.
