UGB Remand Task Force meets

At the UGB Remand Task Force meeting on Feb. 10, the task force – City Councilors and Planning Commissioners – continued discussing the “buildable lands inventory” and further work to refine this inventory based on research on covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs). The Task Force also received a presentation on a draft housing needs analysis. The housing needs analysis plays into the amount of land the city needs to have available for housing. City planners also announced that the Request for Proposals for a contractor to oversee the UGB expansion process was completed. The City expects to award a contract by late Spring.
