Juniper Ridge Update: April 13
Due to COVID-19, updates to the Juniper Ridge Implementation Plan have been made to ensure the health and safety of campers in the area and City employees preparing the construction zone for the North Interceptor Sewer Line project.
The City has readjusted the timeline for issuing notices to the following:

Sporadic cleanup efforts are scheduled for this week and will continue thru May 31, 2020

30-Day Notices will be issued the week of April 27, 2020

24-Hour Notices will be issued on Monday, May 25 and Tuesday, May 26, 2020
-
Land closure of the Construction Zone will be effective Monday, June 1, 2020
Additionally, the updated plan provides:

Clarification of the purpose and process of updates to this plan (see additional information in paragraph #3);

Added clarification on personal property, retrieval of personal items, and camps outside of the Construction Zone.

For the health and safety of individuals in and around Juniper Ridge, Deschutes County has installed a new large sign board at the end of NE Outcrop Lane (behind Suterra) to provide information on COVID-19. The City of Bend will also be posting updated information on the Construction Zone closure and flyers with details for those in and around the property.
