Utility Scammers

City of Bend Customers, please be aware that scammers actively pursue targets during the holiday season. It is important to know the City of Bend will never request payment of your bill with prepaid cards or Western Union, nor offer refunds via gift cards. Scammers may try to use phone numbers that show up on your ID, looking like the City of Bend. If you receive calls that don’t look or feel right, please contact our Utility Billing office as soon as possible at 541-388-5515.
