March Billing Update

Bills are currently in progress for March usage. These bills will arrive throughout April and into early May. Billing delays will be fully resolved in May. Bills will be delivered in closer succession until delays are eliminated.

To allow additional time to pay and better align with our regular business practice, please remit payment within 13 days of receiving your bill for March usage to ensure your account stays up to date.

Water service shut-offs will remain suspended through June 30, 2022. Customers must bring their account current or establish a payment plan by June 30, 2022, to avoid collection actions and water service shut-offs beginning July 1, 2022.

The City of Bend offers support to customers who may be experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 Payment Plans are available to support customers resolving unpaid balances over time. Visit bendoregon.gov/utilityassistance to sign-up or email utilityassistance@bendoregon.gov for more information.

Through a partnership with NeighborImpact, assistance is available for qualifying low-income customers. Visit the NeighborImpact website or call 541-504-2155 to learn more and apply for financial assistance.

If you believe you have missed a payment, have an outstanding balance, or would like to review your account, please contact the Utility Billing office at 541-388-5515 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your patience is appreciated as you may experience longer wait times due to higher-than-normal call volumes.
