ATTENTION: Water Service Shut-off for Non-Payment Will Resume
Bills for February usage are in the process of printing and will arrive to customers throughout April. Progress continues to be made to reduce billing delays, and we expect delays to be resolved in May. While delays continue, payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the bill.
At this time, no late or delinquent fees are being charged, and water service shut-offs remain suspended.
In March 2020, the City of Bend issued an Emergency Order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic that resulted in a temporary suspension of water service shut-offs and associated fees.
Beginning July 1, 2022, water service shut-offs and collections efforts will resume.
The City understands that customers may still be experiencing financial hardships and may need assistance to bring accounts current.
Additional information regarding water service shut-offs and financial assistance programs can be found in the insert included with utility bills or on the City of Bend website.
Customers must pay any unpaid utility fees or establish a payment plan by June 30, 2022, to avoid shut-offs beginning July 1, 2022.
If you believe you may have missed a payment or have an outstanding balance, please contact our Utility Billing staff during the recently expanded hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
