Mid-February Billing Status Update

December usage bills are currently in progress.  Bills will have a January date and will begin arriving in mid-February. They will continue to be delivered throughout the month and into early March, depending on billing cycle.

Billing delays are on-going however progress is being made to realign with the standard billing schedule.

At this time, no late or delinquent fees are being charged. Currently, no water service shut-offs are being conducted. While delays continue, we ask that customers disregard the printed due date and submit payment within 30 days of receipt.

Included in these are quarterly stormwater bills for residential customers who pay only stormwater fees to the City of Bend.  These bills include charges for October, November and December. Please see your bill for specific dates if you started or stopped service within these months.

If you believe that you may have an outstanding balance, missing payment, or would like to review your account, our Utility Billing staff are available to review your account 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
