Admiral & King Jehu Sewer Project Updated Paving Schedule – September 30, 2022

UPDATED PAVING SCHEDULE
STREET PAVING TO OCCUR ON ADMIRAL WAY OCTOBER 5 & 6

  • Paving is currently scheduled for October 5 and 6 on Admiral Way from Greenmont Avenue to Reed Market Road. 
  • Respective Construction Zones: Paving will occur on October 5 from Reed Market to just south of Rockaway Terrace. Paving will occur on October 6 from Rockaway Terrace to Greenmont Avenue.
  • You will be unable to drive on the roadway during respective paving activities (between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM). You will not be able to access your driveways while paving activities are taking place adjacent to your residence (between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM). You will still be able to access your home and vehicle on foot.
  • PLEASE PARK YOUR VEHICLES OUTSIDE OF THE RESPECTIVE CONSTRUCTION ZONES. VEHICLES NEED TO BE MOVED OUT OF THE RESPECTIVE CONSTRUCTION ZONES BY 7:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5, AND 7:00 AM ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6.   
    • You will be able to drive on the pavement Wednesday and Thursday after paving operations are completed for that day, after 6:30 PM or later.
    • Larkspur Community Center has given Admiral residents special permission to park in their lot overnight as an option. Display the parking permit on your dashboard. The permit will also be distributed in each residence’s mailbox.
  • Asphalt driveway paving is scheduled to coincide with roadway paving.
