SW Sewer Basin Phase 2B Project Update – May 9, 2022
SAFETY FIRST
Please be aware of construction activities and drive carefully through the work zone, including open-trench excavation. Open trenches are fenced off at the end of each day.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Week of May 9 construction activities:
- Crews will continue to prep for new curbs and asphalt pavement along McMullin Drive and Mahogany Street. Paving is tentatively scheduled for Thursday and Friday this week. This construction includes partial and full closures with detours.
- Crews will continue to restore Right-of-way and private property as necessary for impacts from construction.
DETOURS IN EFFECT
- A portion of the streets mentioned above may be closed for grading and sewer construction activities. Please follow the necessary road closed and detour signs and reference the detour map below for additional information.
- Flaggers will be present for the construction activities as needed.

PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS
General Project Notes
- Access to all businesses located at the end of Romaine Village Way will be maintained.
- Emergency access will be maintained throughout construction.
