Murphy Corridor Improvements Project Update – August 6, 2021

Thank you for your interest in the Murphy Corridor Improvements Project.

Notice: crews will be working Saturdays on the BNSF bridge overcrossing and Murphy Road extension.

Construction Activities – Week of August 9

• Installation of storm drywells and maintenance holes along Murphy Road will continue.
• Work will continue on the BNSF overcrossing bridge deck with sidewalk and rail work progressing.
• Backfill work will continue on the substructure “bent” units that support the BNSF bridge overcrossing. 
• Crews will continue work on the Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining walls and installation of lighting conduits on the bridge overcrossing.
