Murphy Corridor Improvements Project Update – July 22, 2021

Thank you for your interest in the Murphy Corridor Improvements Project.

Notice: crews will be working Saturdays on the BNSF bridge overcrossing and Murphy Road extension.

Construction Activities – Week of July 26

• Crews will continue backfilling and surface finish work on the substructure “bent” units that support the BNSF bridge overcrossing. 
• Work on the Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining walls will include procuring precast panels, setting panels, and backfilling.
• Installation of storm drywells and maintenance holes along Murphy Road will continue.
• Landscape and irrigation work will continue along Murphy Road.
