Murphy Corridor Improvements Project Update – July 15, 2021

Thank you for your interest in the Murphy Corridor Improvements Project.

Notice: crews will be working Saturdays on the BNSF bridge overcrossing and Murphy Road extension.

Construction Activities – Week of July 19

• Crews will pour the concrete bridge deck for the BNSF Railway bridge overcrossing.
• Crews will set panels and continue backfill work on the north and south Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining walls along the future extension.
• Landscape and irrigation work will continue along Murphy Road, including the installation of rock mulch in the Country Club Roundabout.
• Installation of storm drywells and maintenance holes along Murphy Road will continue.
