Utility Work Continues Within City Right of Way
- A new power vault and utility pole are being constructed within the City right of way at the intersection of NE Purser Lane and NE Purcell Blvd.
- Additional utility improvements are also being built in and near the construction zone.
- The Disturbed City right of way will be restored as near to its previous condition as possible.

Above: NE Purcell Blvd will be widened to accommodate a new bike lane and sidewalks.
Please Stay Out of Work Zones and Away From Construction Equipment
- The construction area is considered unsafe for yourself, children and pets.
- Walk and bicycle in designated areas only.
- Access to the construction area is limited to construction workers.
- Do not remove barriers or warning signs, warning tape, or fencing.
- Do not drive over construction cones or barriers.
- Daytime work hours are in effect from 7:00 AM-5:30 PM. Closures are in effect at all times.
Please Use Detour Route Around Construction Zone
- Modernization of NE Purcell Blvd between NE Butler Market Road and the NUID canal will be finished this summer.
- This section of roadway will be open to local traffic/area residents only.
- Detours in place during construction.
- Construction is dependent on weather and other factors.
- There are many construction projects in the area and throughout the City of Bend. Travel safely.
