Utility Work Continues Within City Right of Way

  • A new power vault and utility pole are being constructed within the City right of way at the intersection of NE Purser Lane and NE Purcell Blvd.
  • Additional utility improvements are also being built in and near the construction zone.
  • The Disturbed City right of way will be restored as near to its previous condition as possible.

Please Stay Out of Work Zones and Away From Construction Equipment

  • The construction area is considered unsafe for yourself, children and pets.
  • Walk and bicycle in designated areas only.
  • Access to the construction area is limited to construction workers.
  • Do not remove barriers or warning signs, warning tape, or fencing.
  • Do not drive over construction cones or barriers.
  • Daytime work hours are in effect from 7:00 AM-5:30 PM. Closures are in effect at all times.

 

Please Use Detour Route Around Construction Zone

 

  • Modernization of NE Purcell Blvd between NE Butler Market Road and the NUID canal will be finished this summer.
    • This section of roadway will be open to local traffic/area residents only.
  • Detours in place during construction.
  • Construction is dependent on weather and other factors.
  • There are many construction projects in the area and throughout the City of Bend. Travel safely.
