Council Approves CMGC Contract with Taylor Northwest, Inc.

On February 19, 2020, Bend City Council approved a contract with Taylor Northwest, Inc. to perform as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) for the Newport Corridor Improvements project.  Taylor Northwest brings with them their proven performance on many successful City of Bend projects, including the recently completed Southeast Interceptor project, as well as having completed nearly 500 projects that included storm, sewer or freshwater pipeline.  We welcome Taylor Northwest’s ingenuity and expertise to support the project during design and as the prime contractor through construction.
