North Interceptor Sewer Project Update & Open House Info – May 7, 2019

Project status:

  • The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction of the project will be presented to City Council on June 5, 2019. The GMP contract will establish a price for the construction of North Interceptor Sewer Line scope of work, that cannot be exceeded.
  • Preconstruction Open House

    Meet the project and construction team, ask questions and learn about project plans, construction timelines, and impacts to surrounding neighborhoods.

  • Construction of the North Interceptor Sewer Line is expected to begin in late June or early July of 2019 and finish in September of 2020. Details specific to the construction of the project will be provided at the open house.
