November 26, 2018 Open House & Construction Update

Come and walk the new section of Empire Avenue prior to its anticipated opening to all traffic on Monday, December 3rd. Project team members will be available to answer questions about what is coming next on the Empire Corridor Improvements construction.

Intersection of Empire Avenue & NE Purcell

Construction activities over the week of Nov 19th-23rd will include:

• Asphalt paving

• Temporary striping 

Avion Water Company Waterline Installation

• Avion will be installing a 12” waterline near the intersection of Empire Avenue and NE Purcell. 

Pouring concrete medians on Empire Avenue

Installing guardrails on COID bridge
