The purpose of the Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is to involve the public in regional transportation planning. The CAC is comprised of 7 members. The CAC advises the Policy Board, the decision making body for the Bend Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO), regarding regional transportation planning issues. The Policy Board considers recommendations from the Citizen Committee along with input from other public outreach efforts and other BMPO advisory committees.
