Pre-season Special Events Meeting

This biannual meeting is a chance for event organizers in Bend to hear updates on the event planning and permitting process from staff with the City of Bend, Bend Parks and Recreation District, and the Old Mill. Event organizers also have the opportunity to provide feedback, ask questions, and identify action items to be discussed at the follow up meeting hosted each Fall.
