SUBJECT PROPTERY: 1160 SW Simpson Ave, 123 SW Columbia Street and an unaddressed property at the NW corner of Simpson Ave and Columbia Street, Bend, OR, 18-12-06AA Tax Lots 2100, 2100, and 2102.
REQUEST: Type III application to change the zoning for 3 tax lots containing 2.83 acres, from Light Industrial (IL) to Mixed Urban (MU), consistent with the subject property’s existing Mixed Urban (MU) Comprehensive Plan designation.
