The City of Bend will hold a public hearing before the Hearings Officer on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 710 NW Wall Street, Bend.

REQUEST: Type III amendments to the Bend Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map for a 3.8-acre property located at the northeast corner of 27th Street and Bear Creek Road.  Specifically, the applicant requests the City to change the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning designation of the west 2.33 acres from Residential Standard Density (RS) to Mixed Employment (ME), and to change the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning designation of the east 1.47 acres from Residential Standard Density (RS) to Residential Medium Density (RM).
