PZ 20-0179 Wireless Communication Facility Site Plan Review for a 60 foot tall monopine structure designed to mimic the look of a pine tree and a 20 foot by 20 foot fenced equipment area that is proposed to also include an emergency generator in the Commercial Convenience (CC) Zone.

PZ 20-0180 Conditional Use Permit application for a 60 foot tall monopine wireless communication tower that will exceed the maximum height limit of the Commercial Convenience (CC) Zone which is 35 feet.

PZ 20-0181 Site Plan Review Alteration application request to alter an existing developed site to accommodate a 60 foot tall monopine wireless communication tower and a 20 foot by 20 foot fenced equipment area.
