The City launched a new Billing and Payment System for General Billing in May 2023. The invoice you received is from our new system, so it has a new look and feel. In addition, we can now offer a wider variety of payment options in our new system!

If your bill doesn’t say “General Billing”, go back to our Online Payments page.

Make a General Billing Payment

The General Billing customer portal, hosted by Invoice Cloud, provides you with the following options:

  • View and download your general billing invoice
  • Pay your general billing invoice
  • Sign up for automatic payments
  • Enroll in paperless billing
  • See your payment history
  • Schedule a future payment
  • Update your payment methods
