Hands Only CPR and Stop the Bleed Training Sessions
Join our free community classes to learn Hands-Only CPR and Stop the Bleed techniques—essential skills that can save lives. Classes are held monthly at the Bend Fire Training Center.
Hands-Only CPR Training
Learn how to save a life with our free, hands-only CPR class! This one-hour session is open to anyone—individuals, schools, and workplaces—who wants to learn this important skill. You’ll find out what to expect when calling 911, how to perform CPR correctly and effectively, and what happens when first responders arrive.
Classes are held on the first Wednesday of every month from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Bend Fire Training Center, 63377 NE Jamison St. (behind the North Fire Station). Space is limited to 20 participants, so sign up early!
Please note: This is not a certification class. If you need official CPR certification, you can get it through the American Red Cross.

Stop the Bleed Training
Join us for a free, one-hour class that teaches you how to stop severe bleeding and save a life. You’ll learn why uncontrolled bleeding is so dangerous, how to recognize it, and most importantly, how to control it quickly and effectively.
The class is offered on the first Wednesday of every month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Bend Fire Training Center, 63377 NE Jamison St. (behind the North Fire Station). Space is limited to 20 people, so be sure to register early!
