Public Records Request
The City of Bend is committed to transparency and providing access to public records whenever possible.
Submit a Records Request
Public records requests are submitted through the City of Bend’s online request system (JustFOIA). This system allows you to submit a request, share helpful details about the records you’re looking for, and receive updates as your request is reviewed.
When submitting a request, please be prepared to provide:
- Your name and contact information
- A property address, if your request relates to a specific location
- A general date range
- A clear description of the records you’re requesting
Providing specific details helps us locate the correct records and respond more efficiently.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll be able to track its status and receive updates through the online system.
