A City of Bend Temporary Street Closure Permit is required for events on neighborhood streets or other public rights-of-way with a maximum of 150 attendees. Events with over 150 attendees will require a Special Events Permit, applied for separately through the Online Permit Center.

Pre-approved Bend Park and Recreation District parks have varying maximum attendance and reservation costs are dependent on the number of attendees you anticipate.

Temporary Street Closures

City of Bend staff are excited to offer a streamlined process for obtaining a Temporary Street Closure Permit for Bend Block Party events. The cost for this permit is waived through the Bend Block Party program.
