Community Building Subcommittee
The Community Building Subcommittee collaborates with various advisory bodies to recommend policies on development, housing, land use, and safety to City Council.
Working alongside the Planning Commission and the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, this Subcommittee provides recommendations to City Council.
Examples of discussion topics may include: development code audits, policies to streamline housing projects, alternative housing models (such as tiny homes), land use planning for opportunity areas, neighborhood traffic safety plans, and sidewalk plans.
