Bend Block Party Reservation Form
To reserve the Bend Block Party Trailer, please complete the form below. We encourage you to review the following guidelines and tips before submitting your reservation request.
- You must be a recognized Neighborhood District and in good standing to rent the Bend Block Party Trailer.
- Reservations require at least 30 daysā notice. Remember to check theāÆBlock Party Booking Calendar to make sure the trailer is available on your proposed date.
A Neighborhood District may host a block party at a park, private property, or a City street with a Special Events Permit, as outlined below.
- If you are requesting a pre-approved Bend Park & Recreation park with your trailer reservation,āÆcheck their online calendarĀ for available park dates. Pre-approved Bend Park and Recreation District parks have varying maximum attendance and reservation costs are dependent on the number of attendees you anticipate.
- Neighborhood District Block Parties closing a City right of way require a Special Events Permit, applied for separately through the Online Permit Center. Special Event Permits for new events are required at least 90 days in advance of the event and cost approximately $1500.
- Submitting this form does not guarantee your reservation. City staff will follow-up once your submission has been reviewed.
- If the request is approved as an official Block Party event, the completed form will be forwarded to Bend Park & Recreation District for scheduling with the requesting Neighborhood District event contact copied on the email.
- A week prior to the event:
- City staff will follow-up to confirm date, time, and location for Bend Block Party Trailer delivery. Please provide a map of where you would like the trailer delivered; if working with Bend Park & Recreation District, they will provide you with a map.
- City staff will contact you to confirm inventory needs and availability, access to the trailer, locking up and cleaning.
